1. What fabrics do we deal in ?

We have a wide selection of fabrics – including cotton, polyester, silk , acrylic , nylon  and wool.

2. What is the normal delivery time ?

We normally ship orders within 45- 60 days.

3. Can clients order a few samples to ascertain the quality of goods. ?

Yes we can send the samples for your approval.

4. How for the customer pay for the samples ?

We charge only for our production costs which can be paid via TT. For a for a few sample we do not charge,

5. How do we send the samples to you ?

Samples are sent via DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT or any courier company with whom customers have an account.

6. How much time does it take to develop such samples as per a customers  request ?

15 Days

7. What are the normal payment terms for placing an order?

30% advance and balance before shipment on faxing the Invoice , or 100% LC at sight.

8. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on the type of colours and prints Generally for :

Plain colors : 200 pieces per colours

Prints           : 2000 mtr per print.

Jacquards     : 300 pieces per design per colour.

9. What is standard packing formats used. ?

Each piece of a product is packed in a single polybag. Any of the three sizes of Master Cartons are used depending up on the product.

(C50x20x30 cms=16 kgs 52x20x34 cms=24 kgs,55x43x31 cms=24kgs.)

10.Do all pieces have a wash instruction label ?

Yes.

11.What is your monthly production capacity ?

We are capable of producing approximately 500,000 pieces per month. However the capacity can expand on demand.

12.Who are the bankers ?

We bank our FOREX transactions through India Overseas Bank and Citibank.

13.How can customers check our background and reputation ?

We can provide references in most parts of the world. Also, we can provide the details of our bankers or our exports councils.

14. Can customers do a quality inspection in out factory ?

Yes. We welcome clients who want to visit our factories. We can also arrange for the third party inspections from independent agencies like SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas,etc with charges borne by the customers.
